Types Of Care

As the health condition of the patient changes, they may need different hospice levels of care. Valencia Hospice care offers the following levels of care:

Routine Home Care

Routine home care is the basic level of care under the hospice benefit. It is often provided in the patient's home,

Continuous Home Care

Continuous Home Care is provided when a patient experiences difficult to manage symptoms and require constant symptom management.

3.
General Inpatient Care

Occasionally, a patient may require a higher level of care to manage their pain or symptoms. This care is often provided at a facility contracted by the Hospice.

4.
Respite Care

Respite care is designed to provide the caregiver a temporary, short-term relief assistance in caring for the patient.
